Swanbourne Residence

This modern home in Perth, Western Australia was styled with timeless contemporary flair by the Coco Republic Interior Design team. With a brief to design a comfortable and practical family home with a calm and cohesive atmosphere Coco Republic created a beautiful aesthetic with the use of soft furnishings, and light hues which complemented the architectural elements. The styling was kept light and fresh with a mixture of cold and warm neutral tones, and a variety of texture and form throughout. White details and accents of blue and grey were also used to complement the coastal location of the property. Key pieces upholstered in tan leather in the living space were used to created an added layer of warmth to the family space, balancing the timber grain of the dining table in the adjoining space.
