TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Coco Republic Home program offered by Coco Republic to customers in Australia and New Zealand. Participation is subject to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

  1. Definitions

In these Terms:

(a) Benefits means the benefits available to you, as set out in Item 7.1 (for Home Members) or Item 7.2 (for Atelier Members), of these Terms, depending on your membership type.

(b) Coco Republic means Saveba Pty Ltd (ABN 60 002 728 985) and its related entities.

(c) Coco Republic Showroom means Coco Republic retail stores in Australia and New Zealand which can be located at /our-showrooms/ and https://www.cocorepublic.co.nz/our-showrooms/.

(d) Complimentary Home Décor Delivery means items such as candles, scents and diffusers, sculptures, plinths, cushions and throws, vases, figurines, trays and other home décor pieces that are capable of being delivered by courier. Complimentary Home Décor Delivery excludes mirrors, rugs, artwork, lighting, and any item requiring installation or White Glove Delivery.

(e) Complimentary Interior Design Consultation means a consultation providing services similar to the Interior Design Service, which must be booked by the Atelier Consultations may be provided on site where the Atelier Member’s address is within one-hour’s drive of a Coco Republic showroom or otherwise will be conducted virtually where on-site attendance is not feasible (including due to distance or Members availability). Atelier Members are entitled to one (1) Complimentary Interior Design Consultation per year.

(f) Corporation means an entity registered in Australia or New Zealand.

(g) Coco Republic Home means the rewards program operated by Coco Republic in accordance with these Terms.

(h) Design School Event means an in person event conducted by Coco Republic at selected Coco Republic showrooms in Australia or New Zealand, featuring design related content determined by Coco Republic. Attendance is subject to availability, and Members must register in advance via an invitation or designated online event page.

(i) Dining Experience Event means an invitation-only dining experience that Coco Republic may invite selected Atelier Members to from time to time, at selected locations and on such terms as determined by Coco Republic.

(j) Excluded Items means goods and/or items listed in Item 6.2 of these Terms, which are not eligible for any Benefits under this program.

(k) Eligible Purchases means goods and/or items listed in Item 6.1 of these Terms.

(l) Interior Design Service means a paid interior design service offered by Coco Republic, which includes a one-hour showroom consultation, a curated furniture and styling scheme (including mood boards) a tailored floor plan, detailed product list with pricing and lead times, and white glove delivery and installation for a seamless experience.

(m) Member means an individual(s) who signs up to the Coco Republic Home program.

(n) Program means the Coco Republic Home membership program, which includes Home Member and Atelier Member, as described Item 3.2 of these Terms.

(o) Qualifying Period means a three (3) year period starting from the date you joined the Coco Republic Home program or from the date of your most recent membership upgrade.

(p) Qualifying Spendmeans the total amount you spend as a Coco Republic Home Member as described in Item 3.2(a) and Item 3.2(b) of these Terms.

(q) Terms mean these terms and conditions as updated from time to time.

(r) Trade Customer means a customer which is registered with Coco Republic as a Trade customer and benefits from the Trade customer program.

(s) Websitemeans / and https://www.cocorepublic.co.nz/

(t) White Glove Delivery means a premium delivery service where products are delivered to your chosen room, assembled where required, and all packaging is removed by the delivery team.

  1. Membership/Eligibility

2.1 You can apply to become a Member at Coco Republic showrooms or online via the Website. To register as a Member, you will be required to provide personal details such as your first name, last name, email address and mobile number. Members are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date at all times and for ensuring the information provided is accurate and complete.

2.2 Membership and Benefits are open to individuals aged 18 years or over who reside in Australia or New Zealand. Only one membership account is permitted per individual email address. Duplicate accounts may be merged or cancelled.

2.3 Corporations and Trade Customers are not eligible to participate in the Coco Republic Home program.

2.4 Coco Republic staff may apply to be part of the Coco Republic Home program at the discretion of Coco Republic.

  1. Membership

3.1 The Coco Republic Home program consists of the Home Member program and the Atelier Member program (Programs). The Programs vary depending on the Qualifying Spend. Members will enjoy a range of Benefits depending on the program they qualify for.

3.2 Breakdown of Programs:

(a) Home Member: A Member who spends between $0 to $25,000 at any Coco Republic store in Australian or New Zealand or online via the Website within the Qualifying Period, and who has not purchased an Interior Design Service.

(b) Atelier Member: A Member who spends above $25,000 at any Coco Republic store in Australian or New Zealand or online via the Website within the Qualifying Period, or who has purchased a paid Interior Design Service.

  1. Changes the Programs

4.1 Your membership will be reviewed at the end of the Qualifying Period.

4.2 At the end of the Qualifying Period, your program status will be updated to reflect the Program that corresponds with your spend during the Qualifying Period.

4.3 Members who qualify for the Atelier Member status by purchasing a paid Interior Design Service will not be downgraded below Atelier Member Level.

  1. Qualification Period

5.1 Program status will reset at the end of each Qualifying Period.

5.2 The Qualifying Spend is confirmed when payment is received and the order has been deemed completed at Coco Republic’s discretion.

5.3 If the Qualifying Spend threshold outlined in Item 3 is not met within the three (3) year period, your membership status may be adjusted to the applicable level.

  1. Eligible Purchases /Excluded Items

6.1 Coco Republic Home Members may access Benefits on Eligible Purchases made at Coco Republic stores or online via the Website, in the following categories: sofas, living, dining, bedroom, outdoor, Home décor, lighting, rugs and clearance items.

6.2 The following Excluded Items are not eligible for Benefits: purchase of gift cards, purchase of gift vouchers, returned or cancelled goods, rewards issued by Coco Republic Home, and items made at Olessio.

6.3 Coco Republic Home reserves the right to make changes to Eligible Purchases and Excluded Items, acting reasonably. Coco Republic will provide reasonable notice of any material changes unless immediate action is required, to the extent permitted by law.

6.4 Returned goods or cancelled orders are excluded from Qualifying Spend and will be deducted from your Qualifying Spend amount.

6.5 To receive Benefits as set out in Item 7, you must identify yourself as Coco Republic Home Member and provide your registration details (such as your full name or email address) at the time of purchase, whether in-store or online via the Website.

  1. Members Benefits

7.1 The following benefits will apply to Home Members:

(a) Discounted Member delivery pricing, with savings off standard delivery charges on eligible deliveries, as determined by Coco Republic and subject to order type, location and delivery requirements, and the applicable delivery terms. Refer to /shipping-and-delivery/.

(b) Complimentary access to Design School Events.

(c) Complimentary Home Décor Delivery within metropolitan areas of Australia and New Zealand.

(d) Automatic monthly entry into a draw to win a $3,000 Coco Republic gift voucher redeemable at any Coco Republic store in Australian or New Zealand, or online via the Website, subject to the applicable gift vouchers terms and conditions. Refer to /terms-and-conditions/

(e) Access to exclusive invitation-only events held at a selected Coco Republic Showroom.

(f) Priority notification of major sale events and offers.

(g) Updates on new seasonal products via email. 

7.2 The following benefits will apply to Atelier Members:

(a) All Benefits set out in Item 7.1 above;

(b) Invitation to a Dining Experience Event;

(c) Complimentary Interior Design Consultation on the first anniversary of becoming an Atelier Member; and

(d) Option to receive a one-time Complimentary Sofa Rejuvenation service (valued at up to $270 excluding GST), which is available to be redeemed on the first anniversary (and not earlier) of each eligible indoor or outdoor sofa (excluding ottomans, chairs and benches) purchased by an Atelier Member:

(i) on or after the Program Start Date (16 July 2026);

(ii) at least 12 months prior to the date the benefit is redeemed; and

(iii) while a member held an Atelier membership.

To access this benefit, the Atelier Member must attend a Coco Republic showroom in person, where the request will be arranged with a third‑party service provider, after which the delivery of the service will be coordinated directly between the service provider and the Atelier member.

If the Service cannot be provided for any reason (including availability, eligibility constraints, manufacturer or product maintenance guidelines, service coverage limitations, or where the third-party service provider determines that the sofa cannot be rejuvenated or treated), the benefit will lapse and is not redeemable for cash, refund, substitution or any alternative cleaning or other service. This benefit is only available in metropolitan service areas where the third-party provider operates and where delivery of the eligible sofa occurred. The service is intended to assist with the maintenance and appearance of the eligible sofa. This service consists of a rejuvenation only and does not cover re-upholstery or replacements. Coco Republic and the third-party service provider do not guarantee that any stain, mark, odour, discolouration or other condition will be removed, as results will depend on the nature and condition of the sofa. This does not affect any rights or remedies that may be available under applicable law.

7.3 Coco Republic may offer additional benefits to selected Members at its discretion, subject to defined eligibility criteria.

  1. Transfer of Membership

8.1 Coco Republic Home accounts are personal to the Member and must be registered in the Member’s own name and individual email address, and may not be transferred, assigned, shared or otherwise made available to any other person.

  1. Cancellation of Membership

9.1 A Member may cancel their Coco Republic Home membership at any time by contacting Coco Republic’s customer care team. Opting out of Coco Republic email communications will also be treated as a request to cancel membership.

9.2 If a membership is cancelled, all Benefits cease as at the cancellation date. Any unused or unredeemed Benefits will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated, unless required by law.

9.3 Receiving Coco Republic marketing materials is a condition of being a Member. If a Member opts out of marketing communications, their membership will be cancelled.

  1. Misuse

10.1 Coco Republic may suspend or cancel your membership where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, misuse of the Coco Republic Home programs, duplicate accounts, manipulation of Qualifying Spend, or breach of these Terms. 

  1. Modification and Termination

11.1 Coco Republic may modify, suspend, or terminate the Coco Republic Home program at any time, acting reasonably and subject to applicable law. Coco Republic will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any material changes unless immediate action is required.

  1. Privacy

12.1 By joining the Coco Republic Home program, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Coco Republic’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988(Cth). Members also consent to receiving marketing communication from Coco Republic, which is a condition of membership, and may opt out of at any time in accordance with Item 9.

  1. General

13.1 By joining the Coco Republic Home Program, Members agree to these Terms and Coco Republic’s standard terms on its Website, which apply to all purchases made and Benefits received.

13.2 These Terms operate in conjunction with any additional terms applicable to specific Benefits.

13,3 Coco Republic may require Members to provide details for identity verification. If a Member fails to do so, Coco Republic may suspend or cancel the membership, acting reasonably.

13.4 Members are responsible for ensuring their personal information is accurate and kept up-to-date at all times during their membership.

13.5 To the extent permitted by law, Coco Republic is not liable for any loss arising from communications to Members that are not received, are lost, or are misdirected.

13.6 Any failure or delay by Coco Republic in exercising its rights does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing. To the extent permitted by law, Coco Republic is not liable for any loss or damage arising from termination of, or changes to, the Coco Republic Home Program, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

 14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
