Terms and Conditions

Delivery and collection
You may place an order with Coco Republic online or in-store for delivery by Coco Republic (provided the delivery location is within our serviceable area) or for collection by you or any transport carrier you engage.
Unless we advise otherwise, any applicable delivery fees will be calculated and applied at check out.
We will contact you when your item is ready for collection or delivery to arrange a collection or delivery date. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your items, or make your items available for collection, by such agreed delivery date. You cannot change or cancel the agreed collection or delivery date without our consent. Any change or cancellation we agree to within 2 business days of the agreed collection or delivery date will incur a $50 administration fee, along with the costs of re-delivery and the pre-arranged delivery (if applicable).
Where Coco Republic will be delivering your items, you will be advised, at least 48 hours before the agreed delivery date, of the four-hour window (during business hours) in which your items will be delivered. It is your responsibility to advise us of any issues, difficulties or specific requirements associated with delivery. You must ensure that we can safely deliver your items, and that the items will fit through all required access points (such as doorways and staircases). We will deliver your item to the address specified in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with your correct delivery address, contact number and email address. We cannot deliver items under the same order to multiple delivery locations, and if this is required, a separate order will need to be placed for each desired delivery location.
Order lead times
While we endeavour to display accurate lead times, and use all commercially reasonable efforts to delivery your items by the agreed delivery date, our lead times and delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change, particularly in response to any supply chain issues that are out of our control.
We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order or deliver the items by the agreed delivery date, and you may elect to cancel your order and receive a refund or gift card for the value of the cancelled items.
