The tier 2 service includes an onsite analysis carried out by an Interior Designer, who will create customised mood boards and furnished floor plans for up to three rooms. The curation of furniture and homewares, as well as customised floor plans and visualisation boards will be presented during a showroom presentation.

Up to Three Rooms
During the site visit, your designer will get to know you, your home and learn about your design vision. At Coco Republic, we create beautiful and functional spaces that are unique and personalised, and the site visit allows us to customise up to three rooms based on your personalised style, project goals, lifestyle considerations and desired outcomes.

In Showroom Presentation
Following the site visit, your Interior Designer will prepare furniture and homewares curation, customised floor plan layouts, visualisation boards, and a detailed quotation. This will be presented to you in your preferred showroom. Two sets of revisions are included as part of the service. Complementary take home fabric swatches, samples and our signature hospitality is available.

The One, Bellevue Hill
Located in the prestigious Sydney suburb of Bellevue Hill is ‘The One’, a luxurious and highly sought-after residential development. Built by Luxcon in collaboration with MKD Architects, the interiors were curated by Coco Republic Interior Design. Inspired by Sydney’s coastal lifestyle, the curation of furniture, lighting and home décor, were selected to take advantage of the high ceilings and natural light, encouraging an indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
