EOFY Product Price Guarantee

COCO REPUBLIC EFOY PRODUCT PRICE GUARANTEE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Subject to any Non-Excludable Rights under New Zealand Consumer Law that might apply to the Customer, these terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with Coco Republic’s standard terms and conditions which can be located here https://www.cocorepublic.co.nz/terms-and-conditions (Standard Terms and Conditions)

1.     Coco Republic means Saveba Pty Ltd trading as Coco Republic and its subsidiaries

2.     Eligible Product means any product purchased from Coco Republic excluding floor stock, outlet, customer return products, clearance items, products sold as-is and ex-demonstrator items are excluded from the Promotion;

3.     Promotion means Coco Republic’s EOFY Price Guarantee during the promotional period 

4.     Promotional Period means purchased made between 29 April 2025 and 30 June 2025

5.     This Promotion is only available to retail customers (Customer) during the Promotional Period. Retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases an Eligible Product (defined below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Eligible Product, may not participate in this Promotion and are specifically excluded.

6.     This Promotion is valid for both instore and online purchases at Coco Republic Australia and New Zealand. 

7.     Customers who purchase from Coco Republic, during the Promotional Period an Eligible Product and during the Promotional Period find the same product at Coco Republic at a lower price will be eligible to claim back an amount ("Refund") equal to the difference between the purchase price the Eligible Product and the lower advertised price of the Eligible Product

8.     To qualify for a Refund, the lower price Eligible Product must meet the following conditions at the time of Claim

i.         The lower price Eligible Product must be advertised and offered by Coco Republic to purchase at a lower price that is publicly available for purchase; 

ii.           The SKU of the lower price Eligible Product must be identical to the Eligible Product purchased at the higher price, this includes same style, material, colour, configuration etc;

iii.         The lower price Eligible Product offered must be brand new. Floor stock, outlet, customer return products, clearance items, products sold as-is and ex-demonstrator items are excluded from the Promotion;

iv.        Lower price Eligible Products available at a lower price due to loyalty/employment discounts, bundle pricing, voucher codes, trade in promotions, network/data/monthly contracts or other collective deals are excluded from the Promotion; 

v.           The lower price Eligible Product must not be due to a pricing error;

vi.           The Customer must be able to show reasonable supporting evidence of the above to qualify for the Promotion when making their Claim. 

9.     For the avoidance of doubt, purchases from any Coco Republic warehouse sale, Coco Republic outlet, external interior designers resellers or any purchase made using a trade discount are excluded from this Promotion. 

10.     To claim, Customers must contact Coco Republic’s Concierge team on concierge@cocorepublic.co.nz or https://www.cocorepublic.co.nz/contact-us and provide the Concierge team with the requested information, including order details for the Eligible Product and a screenshot or link of the Eligible Product at the lower price (“Claim”)

11.     Claims must be submitted by the Customer purchasing the Eligible Product by 5pm AEST 31 July 2025 (the "Claim Period"). Claims received after the close of the Claim Period will not be eligible for a Refund.

12.     In the event the Customer has purchased more than one (1) of the same Eligible Product, the Refund will be processed for each Eligible Product. 

13.     Claims will be approved or rejected within a reasonable period of time after the Claim is submitted. Approved Claims will be refunded within 20 business days from the date the Claim is approved. If the Claim is rejected for any reason or any further information is required, the Customer will be notified by email of such rejection or request for further information.

14.     Claims submitted incorrectly, that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid.

15.     The Refund for all approved Claims will be issued as follows: 

i.            In the event there is a balance outstanding for the Eligible Product, the Refund amount will be used to offset the balance owning; 

ii.           In the event there is no balance outstanding for the Eligible Product:

•         Refund will be issued to the original payment method; 

•         In the event the original payment method was cash, the Refund will be issued via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). 

16.     For the avoidance of doubt, no Claims will be accepted after the Claim Period. 

17.     Coco Republic accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.

18.     Coco Republic reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it reasonably considers do not comply with these Terms

19.  Coco Republic shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Customer. Coco Republic reserves the right to report any fraudulent activity to the Police.

20.     Coco Republic’s use of any personal information submitted by the Customer shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the EOFY Product Price Guarantee refund process. The Customer hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with Coco Republic’s privacy policy which can be located at https://www.cocorepublic.com/privacy-policy/ 

21.     The Customer may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to Coco Republic or by using the unsubscribing or opt-out process outlined in Coco Republic’s privacy policy.

22.     Coco Republic shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond Coco Republic's control.

23.     Coco Republic reserves the right, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion or cancel for any reason. For any customer who has purchased prior to any change or cancellation these terms shall still apply.

24.     Coco Republic will not be responsible or liable for: 

i.            any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; 

ii.           any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; 

iii.         any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; 

iv.         any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Coco Republic; or 

v.           any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

25.     Customers will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in these Promotion Terms as being included.

26.     By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold Coco Republic harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Refund. 

27.     The Promotion is governed by the law of New Zealand.
