Conditions of Entry
 
1.     Coco Republic New Collection Competition (the Promotion) is offered by the Promoters, Saveba Pty Ltd trading as Coco Republic located at 24-32 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria NSW 2015 (Promoter).  

2.     This competition is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents. Directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years and over. 

3.     If you enter the Promotion, you (Entrant) will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 
How to Enter
 
4.     To enter, you must complete Coco Republic’s Showroom Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) Survey, enter your email address and sign-up to Coco Republic Marketing Communications Member Email Databases via the Showroom Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) Survey. All decisions by the Promoters are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

5.     The Promotion commences on 01 June 2025

6.     The Promotion ends on 30 December 2025

7.     The Promotion will restart at the first of each calendar month

8.     The Promotion ends on the last day of each calendar month 

9.     Winners for each calendar months draw will be drawn on the last Friday of following calendar month at 10:00 AM at the Promoter’s office and will be contacted within 24 hours.

10.     The Promoter reserves the right to extend the end date of the Promotion
 
 
Prize
 
11.     The prize to be awarded to the one (1) winner and includes Coco Republic $1,000 Gift Card, which is redeemable in-store only at a Coco Republic showrooms in Australia and New Zealand. Showroom locations can be found on the Coco Rxepublic website /our-showrooms/The Promoter will automatically send the Prize to the Winners email account used to enter the competition.  The Winner must notify the Promoter if the Prize is not received, following notification that they are the Winner. Inability or failure of the Winner to be able to access email account will not be deemed as a valid reason of not receiving their prize and the Promoter in its sole discretion may refuse to reissue the Prize.

12.     If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value, in its sole discretion.

13.     The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoters who may at its sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. 

14.     The Promoters will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoters to insure any products.

15.     Total monthly prize pool Is valued at $1,000. 

16.     All decisions by the Promoters are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 
Who Can Enter
 
17.    Entry is open to anyone over the age of 18 who is an Australian VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, SA, WA or AKL, New Zealand resident. Entry is not open to residents in TAS, NT or New Zealand excluding AKL. Employees and immediate families of the Promoters and their associated companies and agencies are also excluded. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.

18.    Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition.

19.    The Promoters reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency  and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoters. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

20. The Promotion is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn randomly and notified as per the terms of the Promotion and notified by email

21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. 

22. All decisions by the Promoter are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.  
General
 
23.     To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions with prevail. 

24.     The Promoters reserves the right to, at its sole direction and without notice, to amend these Terms and Conditions and disqualify any individual who has breached these Terms and Condition or otherwise interfered with the proper conduct of the Promotion. 

25.     These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.

26.     Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters accepts no liability for any event, circumstances, loss, or expense whatsoever arising from the Promotion.

27.     The Promoters reserves its rights to recover damages or other compensation from any person who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

28.     While Instagram and Facebook may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion, Entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook and release Instagram and Facebook from all liability in relation to this Promotion.
Privacy
 
29.  The Promoters collects Entrants' personal information to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the Entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws (defined by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.cocorepublic.com.au/privacy-policy/ and Terms & Conditions can be viewed at https://www.cocorepublic.com.au/terms-and-conditions/ The Promoters will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoters for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfilment
